Healthy Ice Cream Cone
A small ice cream cone
Dollop of cream cheese
Handful of raisins
Small can of mixed fruit (in natural juice) or 2 tablespoons of frozen fruits
Small tub of thick-set, plain yogurt
What age foodie? 6-7 months and beyond.
What do I do?
Add 2 tablespoons of the thick yoghurt to a bowl and mix with a small dollop of cream cheese. Add 1 tablespoon of the tinned fruits and mix well. Scatter in the raisins and segments of a chopped tangerine. Stir the mixture until all the fruit is covered. Add the yoghurt mixture to a small ice cream cone and serve. Best served fresh.
