What’s needed?
Natural yoghurt.
Strongly coloured fruits/vegetables.
White paper/card.

What age foodie? 
8 months up.

What do we do?
Blend each of the strongly coloured fruits/vegetables with a small amount of the natural yoghurt (a hand blender is great for this).
Pour the products of each yoghurt-blended coloured fruit/vegetable onto a small plate.
Put out some large sheets of white.  You can then let your little foodie dip their hands onto the plate followed by the paper. Plus it doesn’t matter if they lick it.

Foodie learning:
Sensory skills, name the fruits and colours, describe the tastes – sweet, sour, juicy, tangy etc.
