What’s needed?

Dry oats.
Dry pastas.
Dry rice/lentils.
Any veg or fruits that you have handy.

What age foodie? 8 months up (watch what goes into their mouths though)

What do we do?

Lay out a selection of sensory foods onto a plastic tablecloth or tray. You can use washed yoghurt pots to put some of the foods in (oats, rice etc.). Give them a spoon and pots that they can fill up with the food and pour it out again.

Foodie learning:
Sensory skills, coordination skills, naming of the foods used and describing their texture.
